ABOUT
Luigi Chiapolino is a filmmaker and photographer, working in the space between art and architecture.
He was born in a small village in the Carnic Alps and is currently based in Udine.
In his films, he searches for a meditative and contemplative view of the human and nature, with a particular interest in the relationship with the architectures in which the characters move and live.
At the same time, in his photographic practice he observes and documents architecture, landscape and works of art with a prevailing interest in time and its action.
In his professional work, he depicts architecture, design, production facilities and industry in both photography and video, always trying to further his research on these matters.
